It's time for me to go to sleep.
I ask the Lord a watch to keep.
Place guardian angels 'round my bed
One at my feet, one at my head.

And when my family goes to sleep
Let all enjoy a rest so deep.
That in the morning when we wake,
We hear the songs the birds do make.

God bless all creatures big and small,
The ones that run, and the ones that crawl,
The ones that swim and the ones that fly,
Give them food, shelter and a place to lie.

God bless the flowers and the trees.
God bless the butterflies and bees.
God bless the Earth, the air and sky,
God bless the waters and the fireflies.

God bless you and God bless me.
God bless our planet. Please keep it free.
God bless everybody in the whole world!
And thank you God... for everything!
